Accordingly, the drill content includes 5 main training issues: Level 1 epidemic (there are cases of Covid-19 entering our country); Level 2 epidemic (there is secondary infection in the country); Level 3 epidemic (spreading from 20 people to 1,000 cases in the country); Level 4 epidemic (spreading in the community with over 1,000 to 3,000 cases); Level 5 epidemic (spreading in the community with over 3,000 to 30,000 people infected and has spread to a number of agencies and units in the Army).

Simulation scenario: Battalion 4's medical staff reported a patient with symptoms of fever, difficulty breathing, suspected of being infected with Covid-19 to the Brigade's medical staff. Upon receiving the situation, the Brigade's Covid-19 Steering Committee directed the Mobile Medical Team to receive and transport the patient to temporary quarantine at the Brigade's Infirmary; spray disinfectant; carry out initial professional inspection and treatment steps according to regulations; use forces and vehicles to transport the suspected patient to Military Hospital 4.

During 1 day, the exercise was conducted at 5 levels with hypothetical situations:
Level 1: There is a case of Covid-19 entering our country;
Level 2: Covid-19 has secondary infections in the Military Region. Level 3: Covid-19 epidemic spreads from 20 to 1,000 domestic cases, of which Do Luong district, Nghe An province has 02 cases showing signs of Covid-19 infection;
Level 4: Covid-19 spreads in the community with over 1,000 to 3,000 infected cases, of which Do Luong district, Nghe An province has 25 cases, Anh Son district, Nghe An province has 10 cases, Trieu Son district, Thanh Hoa province has 13 cases.
Level 5: Covid-19 spreads in the community with over 3,000 to 30,000 cases, has spread to a number of military units, for Division 324 there are 04 cases with suspected symptoms of Covid-19 infection.
