Responding to the Appeal Letter of Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh to support and help the poor celebrate Lunar New Year, on the afternoon of January 11, at the 2019 Conference of cadres, workers and civil servants, the agencyProvincial Farmers' AssociationLaunching a fundraising campaign to support Tet for the poor in 2019.

With a heart towards the poor, officials and civil servants of the Provincial Farmers' Association contributed 15 million VND, and at the same time called on organizations and individuals to coordinate with the Association to give valuable gifts to officials, members and farmers in mountainous communes facing many difficulties.

Previously, officials, civil servants and employees of the Provincial Farmers' Association called on Minh Tri Vinh Joint Stock Company to donate 1,900 new shirts to poor children in mountainous districts.

Veteran Nguyen Van Tuan was infected with Agent Orange and had a very difficult situation: his wife had a stroke and his two children had intellectual disabilities. With the attention of Veterans Associations, philanthropists and local people, after 4 months of construction, he built a house with an area of ​​92m2.²has been completed with a total value of more than 250 million VND. Of which, the Thien Tam Fund of Vingroup Corporation supported 50 million VND and the state supported 40 million VND according to Decision 22 of the Prime Minister; relatives, brothers, and the Association of War Veterans supported 30 million VND and working days.

* Provincial Red Cross Association in coordination with the Youth Union of the Insurance Management and Supervision Department- The Ministry of Finance awarded a total of more than 150 million VND in gifts to poor students in Cao Veu village, Phuc Son commune.

At Cao Veu Kindergarten, the delegation presented 275 gifts, including coats, hats, socks, scarves for the children, 1 water purifier, 1 set of toys according to the standards of the Ministry of Education and Training, 500 kg of rice, and 30 blankets to the school.

At Cao Veu Primary and Secondary School, the delegation presented 91 gifts, including coats, hats, socks, scarves to primary school students, 78 coats to secondary school students, and 10 bicycles to students in difficult circumstances. At the same time, they presented 2 sets of tables and chairs, 1 laptop, 1 water purifier, toys, and books to the school.

On this occasion, the delegation also awarded 8 more scholarships to orphans, each worth 500,000 VND.
