Quiet scene inside the blockade area in Quynh Lap
(Baonghean.vn) - After detecting a Covid-19 case in the community in Quynh Lap commune (Hoang Mai town), 5 villages in this locality were locked down to contain the epidemic. After the lockdown order was issued, all residential areas were closed, creating a quiet scene.
After the lockdown order, residential areas in the areaQuynh Lap communehas become quiet. Local people have complied with epidemic prevention regulations, on the main roads, most households have closed their doors and locked their locks; many non-essential shops have also closed their doors.
Talking to us, Mr. Nguyen Van Nho - Chairman of Quynh Lap Commune People's Committee said: After the lockdown order was issued overnight, all residential areas in the commune strictly complied.5K rule. All households and businesses have closed their doors and stopped operating, only a few stores selling essential goods are open, but still comply with the prescribed distance. In particular, through the media, people's psychology is also normal, there is nothing insecure or worried. From last night to this morning, all F1 and F2 cases of the positive case have been isolated and quarantined. This morning, 50 F1 people of the patient also tested negative for the first time.
Mr. Nho also said that this morning, schools and markets in the area were all announced to stop operating, and students were allowed to stay home from school. Particularly at the Commune People's Committee and Commune Health Station, officers and employees are still actively working to prevent the epidemic, making lists and checking information of people related to positive cases for monitoring.
The number of officials working at the Commune People's Committee but in other localities also complied with the lockdown regulations and did not leave the locality - Mr. Nho added.
Currently, there are 5 villages: Tam Tien, Dong Tien, Tan Hai, Tan Thanh, Son Long with more than 1,900 households and 8,300 people in Quynh Lap commune that have been locked down. Remote villages, more than 7km away, are not locked down.
