In the past, although it has beenPeople's Committee of Quy Hop districtand Dong Hop Commune People's Committee inspected and urged, but the environmental treatment at the facilities did not meet the requirements. Specifically, the facility owners focused on cleaning the factory, scooping up waste sludge, not letting wastewater spill onto the roads...; however, it was still sketchy, in particular, Mr. Le Van Giao's facility had not yet built a wall to separate it from the people's production land.

Dong Hop Commune People's Committee assigned the owners of the facilities to continue to handle the environment, clear the ground at the stone processing facility; handle waste, waste rock and clean up the processing facility premises; rebuild the waste pits... For facilities adjacent to people's production land, it is necessary to build a boundary wall to prevent wastewater, waste, and dust from spilling onto people's land. At the same time, the owners of stone processing facilities are required to upgrade the power lines to ensure production activities and avoid unsafe situations.

At this meeting, representatives of the owners of the establishments committed to hold meetings to discuss and agree on plans to implement the tasks assigned by the Commune People's Committee. At the same time, they requested that the Commune People's Committee have a schedule for power outages for a specific period of time so that all owners of the establishments could simultaneously clean up their factories and upgrade the power lines.

According to the plan stated at the meeting, Dong Hop Commune People's Committee will cut off electricity from March 3 to March 5, 2021. Also on February 24, 2021, Dong Hop Commune People's Committee issued Notice No. 129/UBND-TB to the owners of stone processing facilities in Dong Len - Dong Bang Industrial Park. It clearly stated that the deadline for handling environmental problems and shortcomings will be March 5, 2021. After this time, any facility that fails to comply will be handled according to the provisions of law.
