The Covid-19 epidemic prevention allowance regime has just been issued by the Government.
Resolution 16/NQ-CP has just been issued by the Government, specifically regulating the anti-epidemic allowance regime for subjects at levels from 80,000 to 300,000 VND/person/day.

The Resolution clearly states that the anti-epidemic allowance of VND 300,000/person/day is applied to: a- People who monitor, investigate, and verify the epidemic; b- People who directly examine, diagnose, and treat people with Covid-19 or suspected Covid-19 in the isolation area of medical examination and treatment facilities; c- People who take samples, pool samples, separate samples, and people who directly perform SARS-CoV-2 testing at medical facilities; d- People who clean, disinfect, and destroy pathogens in the treatment area for people with Covid-19.
The anti-epidemic allowance of VND 200,000/person/day is applied to: a- People transporting patients and medical specimens; preserving patients' corpses; people washing medical and patient clothes and linen; collecting bottles, jars, and chemical boxes; protecting the isolation treatment area; cleaning, disinfecting, and destroying pathogens in the isolation area at medical examination and treatment facilities; b- People performing epidemiological surveillance and medical monitoring tasks at home medical isolation facilities and medical isolation facilities as designated by state management agencies; c- People cleaning instruments and preparing media at medical facilities to serve the SARS-CoV-2 testing room.
The anti-epidemic allowance of VND 150,000/person/day is applied to: a- People on duty at centralized medical quarantine facilities (not applicable to home quarantine or accommodation quarantine); b- People on duty to enforce medical quarantine, track down subjects who must apply medical quarantine measures but do not comply with medical quarantine measures; c- Interpreters, 115 emergency teams, crews transporting quarantined people; drivers taking officers to inspect and supervise epidemic prevention and control; d- People on duty to control epidemics at teams, checkpoints, trails, and openings along the entire border; carry out procedures for people entering the country at border gates and seaports; e- People on duty to isolate, block off, patrol, control and ensure security and order in centralized medical quarantine areas, epidemic control checkpoints in residential areas with people infected with Covid-19; e- People in charge of spraying disinfectants and sterilizing at medical examination and treatment facilities (not including people in charge of cleaning, disinfecting, and eliminating pathogens in areas treating Covid-19 patients), concentrated medical isolation facilities, and residential areas that are cordoned off or locked down according to decisions of competent authorities; g- People in charge of triage at medical examination and treatment facilities during the time the medical examination and treatment facility receives,treating people with Covid-19.
People on duty at centralized medical quarantine facilities (not applicable to home quarantine or accommodation quarantine), sorting and completing procedures for entrants; people guarding medical quarantine areas in residential areas as designated by state management agencies; people on duty to control epidemics at teams, checkpoints, and openings along the entire border; medical staff on duty 24/7 at medical quarantine treatment facilities to care for and treat people infected or suspected of being infected with Covid-19 are supported with a meal allowance of VND 80,000/person/day.
The Resolution also stipulates anti-epidemic allowances for reporters, journalists, collaborators, and volunteers participating in the fight against the epidemic during the Covid-19 epidemic.Specifically, the level of 130,000 VND/person/day applies to reporters and journalists who directly go to medical examination and treatment facilities for Covid-19; residential areas with people infected with Covid-19 are locked down; trails and openings along the entire border to collect information on epidemic prevention and control work; collaborators and volunteers who directly or jointly participate in anti-epidemic activities. The level of 80,000 VND/person/day applies to collaborators and volunteers who directly propagate and mobilize people, distribute leaflets or participate in drills.
