The Drug Administration of Vietnam (Ministry of Health) has just issued a document to sanction administrative violations against Vinh City Pharmaceutical Branch - Nghe An Pharmaceutical and Medical Supplies Joint Stock Company.

Vinh City Pharmaceutical Branch - Nghe An Pharmaceutical and Medical Supplies Joint Stock Company (16, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Hung Binh Ward, Vinh City, Nghe An Province) operates in the field of wholesale of drugs (including drugs subject to special control, except for addictive drugs, psychotropic drugs, and radioactive precursors).

According to this penalty decision, tDuring its operation, Vinh City Pharmaceutical Branch committed an administrative violation when it traded drugs at an address other than that stated in the certificate.However, Vinh City Pharmaceutical Branch has prevented and reduced the consequences of the violation and voluntarily remedied the consequences according to the law on handling administrative violations.

Therefore, the Drug Administration Department requested a fine of VND 40,000,000 and revoked the right to use the certificate of eligibility for drug business of Vinh City Pharmaceutical Branch - Nghe An Pharmaceutical and Medical Supplies Joint Stock Company for a period of 2 months.

The Drug Administration Department requested Vinh City Pharmaceutical Branch - Nghe An Pharmaceutical and Medical Supplies Joint Stock Company to strictly comply with the penalty decision, otherwise it will be forced to execute.
