On the afternoon of October 31, the Center for Disease Control (CDC)Nghe AnInformation: In the past 12 hours (from 06:00 to 18:00 on October 31), Nghe An recorded11 new positive cases of Covid-19in 5 localities (Con Cuong: 05, Quynh Luu: 02, Vinh City: 02, Nghia Dan: 01, Nghi Loc: 01). All patients (BN) have been quarantined in advance (04 cases are F1, 07 cases from the Southern provinces).

2. Patient CTT, female, born in 1950.Address: Quynh Dien Commune, Quynh Luu District. The patient is F1 of the previously announced NTC patient. The patient was quarantined at the Cultural House of Hamlet 4, Quynh Dien. On October 30, the patient's sample was taken and sent to Quang Khoi General Hospital. On October 31, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

3. Patient V.D.O, male, born in 1950.Address: Hung Loc Commune, Vinh City. The patient is F1 of the previously announced patient VTH. The patient was quarantined and had samples sent to the CDC. On October 31, the results confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

4. Patient VTĐ, male, born in 2009.Address: Hung Loc Commune, Vinh City. The patient is F1 of the previously announced patient VTH. The patient was quarantined and had samples sent to the CDC. On October 31, the results confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

5. Patient LVS, male, born in 1988.Address: Thach Ngan Commune, Con Cuong District. The patient traveled from Bac Lieu to Con Cuong on October 11. The patient was quarantined at Battalion 19 of Con Cuong District and had samples taken for testing and sent to Vinh City General Hospital. On October 31, the results confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

6. Patient LVB, male, born in 1997Address: Thach Ngan Commune, Con Cuong District. The patient traveled from Bac Lieu to Con Cuong on October 11. The patient was quarantined at Battalion 19, Con Cuong District and had samples taken for testing and sent to Vinh City General Hospital. On October 31, the results confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

7. Patient LVS, male, born in 1997.Address: Thach Ngan Commune, Con Cuong District. The patient traveled from Bac Lieu to Con Cuong on October 11. 10. Patient NVH, male, born in 1980.Address: Nghia Hoi Commune, Nghia Dan District. The patient traveled from Ho Chi Minh City to Nghia Dan on October 30. The patient was quarantined at Nghia Hoi Health Station and had a sample sent to Quang Khoi General Hospital. On October 31, the result confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

11. Patient NTHY, female, born in 2014.Address: Nghi Dien Commune, Nghi Loc District. The patient traveled from Binh Duong to Nghi Loc on October 29.
