4. Patient NHQA, male, born in 2002.Address: Long Ha block, Long Son ward, Thai Hoa town. On December 4, the patient was sampled by Thai Hoa Medical Center for rapid community screening, with positive results. Then, on December 5, the patient's sample was sent to Quang Khoi General Hospital, with confirmed positive results for SARS-CoV-2. The patient had symptoms of cough and fever.

5. Social worker, male, born in 1965.Address: Hamlet 7, Dien Loc Commune, Dien Chau District. The patient's history of contact with patient NHH (in Dien Tan, Dien Chau) was announced on December 2.
