At 10:30 p.m. on March 3, while on patrol duty at Le Duan Street in front of Vinh University, the Traffic Police Department's working group discovered taxi with license plate 37A - 0275 carrying a suspicious couple.

The task force stopped the taxi for an administrative check. After stopping the car, the task force used a sniffer dog to check and discovered a black bag containing a nylon bag containing 52 pink MTTH pills (marked WY).

The working group made a record and temporarily seized the evidence, and took the subject to the police station. The subject confessed that Phan Dang Kieu (born in 1977, residing in Hamlet 2, Hung Tan Commune, Hung Nguyen) bought the above amount of drugs from an unknown person at Lao Bao border gate (Quang Tri) for use.

The suspect and evidence have been handed over to Vinh City Police for further investigation./.
