Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh congratulated the Southwest Regional General Hospital
On the morning of February 16, the provincial working delegation led by comrade Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee had a working trip to Con Cuong district.
Accompanying the delegation were comrade Nguyen Dinh Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office and a number of departments and branches.

The delegation visited and congratulated the Southwest Nghe An Regional General Hospital on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Vietnamese Doctors' Day (February 27, 1955 - February 27, 2025).
Comrade Le Hong Vinh acknowledged the outstanding results that the hospital has achieved in recent times; at the same time, visited, encouraged and congratulated the team of doctors and medical staff working at the hospital on the occasion of the traditional anniversary.
Also on this occasion, Hoang Thinh Dat Joint Stock Company donated 1 newborn incubator worth 300 million VND to the Southwest Nghe An Regional General Hospital, contributing to the completion of facilities and equipment, and improving the quality of examination and treatment at the hospital.
Also in Con Cuong district, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh and the provincial working delegation, representatives of Con Cuong district leaders and local people released 500kg of bighead carp, bighead carp, grass carp, and common carp into Lam river.
In the morning of the same day, in Xa Luong commune, Tuong Duong district, at the river junction where Nam Non and Nam Mo rivers merge to form the Ca river, comrade Le Hong Vinh and the working delegation, district leaders and local people released 500kg of fish such as grass carp, silver carp, and common carp.
This is an annual activity to implement the Program of releasing seeds to regenerate aquatic resources in the Lam River basin; thereby, contributing to raising awareness and responsibility of Party committees, authorities at all levels, and all classes of people to participate in environmental protection, regeneration of aquatic resources, not to carry out illegal fishing, and not to release waste that pollutes the water environment.
At the same time, create conditions for the development of fish breeds with high economic value, effectively adapting to the water environment in districts in the Lam River basin, and encourage the construction of livelihood models associated with the development of aquatic resources for local people.
