On the occasion of the 77th anniversary of the People's Security Forces' Traditional Day (July 12, 1946 - July 12, 2023) and towards the 76th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2023), on July 12, 2023, the working delegation of Nghe An Provincial Police led by Colonel Le Van Thai - Deputy Director came to offer flowers, incense, and commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at Kim Lien Relic Site - Special National Relic; offered flowers and incense at the Memorial House of Comrade Tran Quoc Hoan, former member of the Politburo, former Minister of Public Security.

At the Kim Lien National Special Relic Site, before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the delegation of the Provincial Police expressed their respect and infinite gratitude for the great contributions of the genius leader of our Party, the beloved Father of the armed forces. He devoted and sacrificed his whole life for the cause of national liberation and class liberation, and was honored by the world as a national liberation hero and an outstanding cultural celebrity.
