Accordingly, comrade Ha Van Thu - Deputy Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department was transferred to work at the District Fatherland Front Committee and introduced for consultation to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the District Fatherland Front Committee; comrade Nguyen Xuan Nam - Member of the District Party Committee, Secretary of the Don Phuc Commune Party Committee was transferred to work at the Con Cuong District Party Committee Office, holding the position of Deputy Head of the Con Cuong District Party Committee's Propaganda Department.

The Standing Committee of Con Cuong District Party Committee also made decisions to transfer and rotate the following comrades: Nguyen Dam Minh - Deputy Chief Inspector of the District People's Committee to work at the People's Committee of Thach Ngan Commune and hold the position of Secretary of the Commune Party Committee; Comrade Vo Dinh Thanh - Secretary of the Thach Ngan Commune Party Committee was transferred to work at Mau Duc Commune to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Commune Party Committee; Comrade Ha Manh Linh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Mau Duc Commune, to work at Don Phuc Commune and hold the position of Secretary of the Don Phuc Commune Party Committee; Comrade Pham Xuan Manh - Deputy Head of the Economic - Infrastructure Department of the District People's Committee to work at the Party Committee of Binh Chuan Commune, to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Binh Chuan Commune Party Committee.

The appointment and transfer of cadres to the grassroots level according to the Decision of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee aims to strengthen the leadership capacity of the Commune Party Committee to effectively carry out local political tasks; at the same time, train a source of young, capable cadres, close to the practical grassroots level to serve the planning and arrangement of cadres of the district in the future./.
