At the Announcement Ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Van Thong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, presented Decision No. 289-QD/TU dated March 20, 2021 of the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee approving the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of Nghi Loc District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025 to Comrade Nguyen Thanh Hai - Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Nghi Loc District People's Committee.

Speaking after handing over the approval decision, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Thong highly appreciated the solidarity and unity of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the Executive Committee of the Nghi Loc District Party Committee in introducing personnel for the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee. Congratulating the new Standing Deputy Secretary of the Nghi Loc District Party Committee, comrade Nguyen Van Thong hoped that in his position, comrade Nguyen Thanh Hai would promote his capacity, intelligence, experience, solidarity, and at the same time cultivate and learn more to join the Executive Committee of the Nghi Loc District Party Committee in leading the district to develop in all aspects, contributing to the overall development of the province.
