Tan Ky District Culture, Sports and Communication Center was established on the basis of merging the District Culture and Sports Center and the District Radio and Television Station according to Decision No. 1427/QD-UBND dated May 2, 2019 of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee.

The District Center for Culture, Sports and Communication is a district-level public service unit, with legal status, its own seal, separate account, directly under the management of Tan Ky District People's Committee, State management of the Department of Culture and Sports, and technical guidance of Nghe An Provincial Radio and Television Station.

At the announcement ceremony, Tan Ky District People's Committee presented the decision to establish the District Culture, Sports and Communication Center; presented the decisions to appoint 4 Deputy Directors to Mr. Bui Gia Ly, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuong, Duong Trong Hung and Tran Xuan Phuong. At the same time, the district leaders assigned the authority to be in charge of the Center to Mr. Bui Gia Ly.

Also at the ceremony, the Chairman of Tan Ky District People's Committee announced the decision to appoint Mr. Dinh Xuan Lam - Former Deputy Head of the Economic Infrastructure Department as Head of the Ethnic Affairs Department./.
