(Baonghean) -On December 17, National Assembly deputies of the province in constituency No. 2, including Comrade Nguyen Si Hoi, Standing Committee member, Commander of the Provincial Military Command and Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai - Vice Principal of Ky Nam Primary School, Ky Son commune, Tan Ky district, visited voters of Quy Hop district and Thai Hoa town.
At the Quy Hop District Political Center, on behalf of the National Assembly delegates, comrade Nguyen Si Hoi informed the voters of Quy Hop District of some results at the 6th session of the 13th National Assembly.
After listening to the National Assembly delegates' presentations, Quy Hop voters gave the National Assembly delegates the following comments: It is necessary to quickly summarize Decree 64/CP to review the 20-year agricultural land allocation period, thus causing a lack of land for newborns; the allowance regime for commune officials is still inadequate; payment of funeral expenses for meritorious people and children of war invalids is too slow; the current martyr worship regime is inadequate (low) and needs to be considered for adjustment; state support for new rural construction is too low compared to actual requirements.
The policy mechanism in detecting and combating corruption still has many contradictions, making it difficult to implement and encourage people; children go to work abroad through intermediaries, resulting in high costs; the local sugarcane purchase price is low compared to the market, causing losses to farmers; children of ethnic minorities have difficulty finding jobs; it is necessary to stipulate a time limit for people with low confidence votes to overcome and resolve limitations and shortcomings; instructions on procedures for making chemical toxic substance regimes need to be close to reality; the assessment of poor households must be done publicly and transparently.
