Nghe An Electricity Company (PC Nghe An) has proactively implemented a plan to ensure safe and stable power supply for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam in the whole province.
This year's high school graduation exam will take place on June 25, 26, and 27, 2025. In Nghe An province, there are more than 40,235 candidates registered to take the exam with 72 exam locations. Nghe An Electricity Company is ready to ensure safe, stable, and continuous power supply for the exam.
This year, the High School Graduation Exam is forecasted to take place in hot and humid weather conditions in Nghe An province. Accordingly, the demand for electricity is increasing, and electricity supply is facing many difficulties. Under the direction of the People's Committee of Nghe An province and the Northern Power Corporation, Nghe An Power Company (PC Nghe An) has proactively implemented a plan to ensure safe and stable electricity supply for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam in the whole province.


To ensure good power supply for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam. Previously, Nghe An Electricity Company directed its affiliated units to strengthen inspection, detect and promptly handle defects in power source equipment, power grid, 110 kV substation, SCADA system, and lighting to ensure safety of the line corridor to prevent incidents in the operation of the power system. Arrange the method of operating power sources and power grids to ensure safety and reliability under normal conditions and flexibly switch in case of incidents.
During the exam days, Nghe An Electricity Company will not conduct planned power outages and repairs on power lines and transformer stations that affect the examination council serving the admission work and examination locations in the area, except in cases of force majeure.
In addition, the Company has directed its affiliated Power Companies to proactively work and coordinate with local Examination Councils to grasp the list, time, location and power supply needs at examination venues, working locations of Steering Committees and Admission Councils. Develop and implement a priority plan to ensure power supply. Ensure that 100% of examination sites have backup generators and are ready to operate to ensure power supply when incidents occur. Arrange on-duty forces, spare equipment and supplies, fuel, communication systems and means of transport to ensure timely handling when incidents occur. Provide additional on-duty forces for leaders, on-duty forces to operate and repair electricity 24/24h during examination days.

At the same time, the entire power grid is reviewed to promptly detect, handle and fix weak points that are at risk of causing incidents. Especially for power lines supplying exam locations, printing points, marking points and marking points. At each exam location, we arrange staff on duty with full means and spare equipment, ensuring the fastest handling if an electrical incident occurs”.
