The province has proposed the Ministry of Transport, the Government, and reported to the National Assembly. Accordingly, the Government has transferred 220 billion VND to Nghe An province to pay compensation. The total initial budget estimate for payment is about 900 billion VND.
The province has worked with the Ministry of Transport and the Government to report to the National Assembly to balance the budget for payment to the people. However, in difficult conditions, the large amount of payment will take time to resolve, the Deputy Chief of the Central Party Office asked the people involved to share.
Regarding cases where there are no more records, assessing this as a difficult problem, delegate Nguyen Dac Vinh said that for the benefit of the people, the authorities are looking for the most appropriate solution to determine and resolve the issue.
