(Baonghean.vn) - On the first working day of the 11th session of the Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term, via the online telephone line, voters and people in the province sent 15 issues to all levels and sectors for resolution.

15 issues reflected by voters
Land, environment, compensation, site clearanceThere are 5 opinions reflecting the illegal sand and quartz mining that has been taking place for the past 3 months in Chau Hoan commune, Quy Chau district, affecting people's lives; the land recovery of households in Chau Thai commune, Quy Hop district is not in accordance with regulations; the backlog in compensation, site clearance for the construction of Quynh Luong Primary School and the recovery of reclaimed land from people to implement the hospital construction project in Nghi Kim commune (Vinh city) has not been resolved; the delay in handing over land and granting land use right certificates to people. Voters and people hope that competent authorities need to intervene to resolve the issue, responding to the people's aspirations.
Construction, traffic and urban managementThere are 6 opinions recommending Vinh City People's Committee to soon implement the project to connect alley B6, lane 7, Nguyen Binh Khiem street to Nguyen Cong Nghiem street, Hung Dung ward, Vinh city to facilitate people's travel; requesting the investor of Doi Cung apartment building to refund the maintenance fee to repair and overcome the deterioration of the apartment building.
Some opinions reflect inadequacies in traffic lights, drainage systems and traffic infrastructure on some routes in Vinh city.

Internal affairs, policies and regimesThere are 3 recommendations for competent authorities to provide specific guidance on the implementation of policies for war invalids on the provision of orthopedic rehabilitation equipment, reducing inconvenience to people; resolving policies for families of martyrs; including cultural family criteria in the annual emulation criteria of cadres, civil servants and public employees to enhance their responsibility in participating in the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life in residential areas"; pay attention to resolving.
Field of inspection and examinationThere is a suggestion that inspection and examination agencies at all levels should publicly disclose inspection and examination conclusions on the industry and locality's electronic information pages so that voters and people can know, creating transparency in this activity.

27 agencies and units responded to voters' petitions
Based on the feedback from voters and people, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council is responsible for synthesizing and forwarding to competent levels and sectors for verification and resolution to respond to each voter.
In the same spirit, at the regular mid-year session of 2022 (7th session), through the online telephone line, the Provincial People's Council received 84 opinions and recommendations from 95 voters.
Immediately after the end of the session, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council issued 27 documents transferring voters' opinions and recommendations to the Provincial People's Committee and the following departments and branches: Industry and Trade; Transport; Education and Training; Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; Agriculture and Rural Development; Home Affairs; Natural Resources and Environment; Justice; Construction; Provincial People's Court; Social Insurance; Provincial Military Command; State Treasury; District People's Committees: Anh Son, Con Cuong, Dien Chau, Do Luong, Hung Nguyen, Tan Ky, Yen Thanh, Quy Hop, Quynh Luu, Thai Hoa, Cua Lo, Hoang Mai and Vinh city.
Up to this point, 27/27 agencies and units have responded in writing, of which 25 opinions have been resolved; 31 opinions have been explained and informed to voters; 28 opinions are in the process of being researched and considered for resolution. The Provincial People's Council continues to urge competent agencies to continue to be responsible for resolving the issues that are being resolved.
