Captivating colorful flower streets welcoming Tet in Vinh city
(Baonghean.vn) - Before the Lunar New Year this year, Vinh city invested nearly 2.5 billion VND to plant more flowers, ornamental plants, and flower carpets on main roads, traffic roundabouts, and the city center.

The City People's Committee hopes that each citizen will raise awareness, avoid picking flowers, or damaging flower baskets, arrangements... to make Vinh City the most beautiful during Tet.
