(Baonghean.vn) - A 7-month-old baby boy abandoned at the parking lot of the Victory Monument in My Son commune (Do Luong, Nghe An) was adopted by Mr. Duong Ba Hong - born in 1972 in Trung Son commune - Do Luong.
Mr. Duong Ba Hong was the one who discovered the abandoned baby when he and his sister were passing through this area on their way to Vinh. On the afternoon of August 12, at the People's Committee of My Son Commune - Do Luong, Mr. Hong completed the procedures to hand over the baby for adoption.

According to Mr. Tran Dang Trong - Chief of Trung Son Commune Police, Mr. and Mrs. Duong Ba Hong have been married for a long time but currently have no children.
As reported, at 4:30 a.m. the same day, at the parking lot of the Victory Monument in My Son - Do Luong commune, close to National Highway 46. Mr. Duong Ba Hong and his sister on the way to Vinh passed by the above location and discovered an abandoned baby. Next to the baby was a note saying "request someone to raise", an envelope containing 1 million VND, a red backpack containing items including: pants, shirts, towels, milk bottles... After that, Mr. Hong reported to the My Son commune authorities. The baby was taken to the commune health station for care.
