At around noon today (March 18), the Tam Son Commune Police, Anh Son District, coordinated with Nghe An Provincial Police to identify the body floating on Lam River, passing Vuc Bong Strait in Hamlet 2, Tam Son Commune, Anh Son District, bordering Vuc Bong Strait, Con Cuong District.
The man's body was discovered by a resident of Tam Son commune (Anh Son district) at 12:30 p.m. on March 17. After receiving the report, Tam Son commune police recovered the body and investigated to determine the identity.
The body of a male, about 25 - 30 years old, 1m67 tall, weighing about 68 - 70 kg, wearing a black t-shirt with white dots, dark blue sweatpants with stripes on both sides, a tattoo of a butterfly and a blue and red flower on the left bicep, and a tattoo of a butterfly on the back of the left hand.
After 1 day of announcement, this afternoon (March 18), the victim's family came to identify the body. Nghe An Provincial Police and Tam Son Commune Police, Anh Son District worked and performed an autopsy. The body had no injuries and there was no strong impact on the body.
The victim was identified as Le Van L. (born in 1987), residing in Con Cuong town. According to residents of Con Cuong district, the victim was a serious drug addict.
