(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of January 7, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee held an online conference to summarize the Party building work in 2015 and deploy tasks in 2016 with District, City, Town Party Committees and affiliated Party Committees.

In 2015, the Party Organization and Building sector has comprehensively deployed a large volume of work with high quality in the work of organization, cadres, party members, internal political protection, and building departments and branches. In particular, the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board and the Party Committees of districts, cities, towns, and affiliated Party Committees have actively advised Party Committees to effectively implement Directive 36 of the Politburo, contributing to the success of Party Congresses at all levels, term 2015 - 2020 and post-congress work.

The Party Committee's Organizing Committee has innovated its work; advised on the implementation and classification of Party organizations, cadres and Party members in a timely manner, ensuring more substance, not chasing after achievements and basically completed the summary, classification and rewards by the end of 2015.

Comrade Dau Van Thanh - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department reported on the results of the Party Building Organization Department's activities in 2015.

The Organizing Committees at all levels also continue to advise on the transfer, separation, merger, and consolidation of the organizational system in accordance with regulations, functions, tasks, and practical leadership and direction; implementing Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU dated March 13, 2012 of the Provincial Party Committee on "improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots organizations"...

At the conference, after listening to the opinions of the District, City, Town Party Committees and affiliated Party Committees regarding the tasks of the Party Building Organization sector, the difficulties and obstacles that are arising, comrade Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee highly appreciated the efforts and attempts in the work of the Party Building Organization sector in 2015.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized: 2016 is the first year of implementing the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress and the 12th Resolution of the Party, therefore, the Party Organization and Building sector needs to proactively advise and well implement the requirements and tasks set for Party organization and building work in the spirit of the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress and the 12th National Party Congress.

In which, we should pay attention to building party organizations; reduce the number of hamlets and villages without party organizations. Strengthen the training and fostering of cadres, in which it is necessary to propose innovative solutions to improve the quality of training and fostering. It is necessary to proactively advise the Provincial Party Committee on the project of rotating cadres.

2016 is also the year of the election of deputies to the 14th National Assembly and the election of deputies to People's Councils at all levels for the 2016-2021 term.
