Delegate Nguyen Huu Cau: It is necessary to promptly resolve the issue of granting land use rights certificates to people.

At the conference, voters reflected 15 opinions related to 44 issues, notably the contents about the state of insecurity and disorder in Binh Chuan commune such as cattle theft and drug trafficking.

Voters in Binh Chuan commune also expressed their trust and support for the restructuring of the apparatus and streamlining of staff in accordance with the spirit of Resolution 6 of the 12th Central Committee. Voter Kha Van To in Xieng village emphasized: "Streamlining staff will help enhance the role, responsibility and capacity of commune and village officials and encourage young officials to contribute to society, so we strongly support it."

In addition, people of Binh Chuan commune also made recommendations about the shortcomings in implementing some policies and regimes such as: Health insurance procedures and payment of related regimes are still cumbersome; shortcomings in rice support for the poor; administrative boundary disputes with Xieng My commune, Tuong Duong district; environmental pollution tends to increase; proposal to reduce the prescribed age for the elderly;...

Previously, National Assembly Deputy Le Quang Huy informed voters of Binh Chuan commune that the 5th session of the 14th National Assembly is expected to take place in the near future, in which the question-and-answer session in the hall will be conducted in 1-minute questions and 3-minute answers with the goal of having a focus, key points, quality and will be broadcast live.

Delegate Le Quang Huy also reported on the settlement of the recommendations of voters of Con Cuong district that had been received in previous meetings of National Assembly deputies; focusing on issues such as the construction of infrastructure for roads, bridges, especially important roads within the district; the issue of granting certificates of land use for residential land and forestry land and some other issues.

Receiving feedback from voters of Binh Chuan commune, delegate Nguyen Huu Cau noted two issues that the district and commune need to pay attention to and resolve for the people, which are correcting incorrect information on health insurance cards; and promptly resolving the issue of granting land use right certificates to the people.

Delegate Nguyen Huu Cau also received opinions to make recommendations to relevant levels and sectors.
