The first congress of the Southern Women's Business Association
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of August 5, in Nam Dan district, the first Congress of the Southern Women's Business Association, term 2018 - 2023, took place.
Attending the event were Ms. Tran Thi Khanh Toan - Chairwoman of the Provincial Women's Business Association and leaders of the Nghe An Provincial Business Association; representatives of Hung Nguyen, Nam Dan, Thanh Chuong districts and 250 female entrepreneurs in the area.

In recent times, with the attention and direction of relevant levels and sectors, the Southern Women's Business Association has organized meetings, promoted and mobilized female entrepreneurs and female household owners to own production and business models in various fields to hold a meeting of the Steering Committee and actively prepare for the first Congress event, term 2018 - 2023.
The Southern Women's Business Association under the Nghe An Provincial Women's Business Association operates within the districts of Hung Nguyen, Nam Dan and Thanh Chuong. The association operates according to the charter, regulations and rules of the Provincial Women's Business Association.
The Southern Women's Business Association is a place to gather and unite women entrepreneurs and business owners in various industries to join together and share experiences in the production and business process, operate in accordance with the law, contributing to improving the capacity of each enterprise and economic models led and managed by women. At the same time, promote the development of new members. Strive for the prosperous and equal development of women in the period of economic integration and development... Thereby, affirming the role of women entrepreneurs in the business community and in the cause of socio-economic development.
At the Congress, the Decision to establish the Southern Women's Business Association was announced and the draft charter and operational direction for the first term were approved. At the same time, the Executive Committee for the 2018-2023 term was introduced and the President and Vice Presidents of the Association were elected.

Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Tran Thi Khanh Toan - President of the Provincial Women's Business Association acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of female entrepreneurs in the Southern region in promoting production and business, making an important contribution to the local socio-economic development.
In the coming time, the Association needs to monitor production and business to support businesses in terms of policies and legal rights. Search for information to promote employment and trade, apply appropriately to businesses and production and business models. Develop art, poetry, sports clubs... Organize specialized classes on seminars, exchange with provinces, visit and learn about economic models, link industries and professions and actively participate in social security work. Create opportunities for female businesses to access policies and support resources from the government, especially programs and projects related to the development of small-scale industries, Agriculture - Farmers - Rural areas... Enhance responsibility in production and business of products.
Continue to build and replicate production and business models associated with commodity value chains. Gather and develop members well, unite and support to promote the talents, intelligence, roles, legal and legitimate rights of female enterprises. In particular, the Association needs to promote its role as a bridge between enterprises and local authorities...
In the coming time, the relevant authorities and the Provincial Women's Business Association will create favorable conditions for businesses to invest and develop production and business. At the same time, they will create favorable conditions for accessing loans, supporting human resource training, building infrastructure for production and business, expanding markets and providing information support, creating increasingly equal opportunities for female entrepreneurs and production and business owners in the Southern region.
