Congress of the Trade Union of the Market Management Department of Nghe An province, term XI, 2023-2028

Under the leadership of the Party Committee, with the efforts of the team of civil servants, public employees and workers, the Trade Union of the DepartmentMarket management has grown in both quantity and quality, promoting the strength of the collective and close coordination with mass organizations in the unit. Trade union activities have had significant innovations in caring for and nurturing awareness, ideological stance as well as life for union members.

In addition to the results achieved in implementing grassroots democracy regulations, administrative reform, taking care of protecting the legitimate rights and interests of civil servants and workers, social activities, propaganda work, emulation movements, etc., the Congress frankly pointed out the limitations, shortcomings as well as the causes to overcome in the coming term.

The Congress also set out the key directions and tasks for the 2023-2028 term with the goal of innovating the organization and operation of the trade union in a practical and effective manner, building a team of civil servants and workers with good moral qualities, good professional skills, actively participating in building a clean and strong Party and government. In addition to the targets related to political tasks, emulation movements, trade union activities, society... The Trade Union of the Market Management Department has proposed activities in the emulation movements of Good Workers, Creative Workers; the campaign to build "Loyal, Responsible, Integrity, and Creativity" civil servants and workers, contributing to the completion of administrative reform goals, building digital government and e-government.

The Congress also listened to many enthusiastic comments on working experiences from union members as well as directives from the leaders of the Party Committee of Nghe An Market Management Department.

The Congress elected 4 delegates to attend the 5th Congress of Nghe An Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union, term 2023 - 2028; elected 7 comrades to the Executive Committee for term 2023 - 2028. Accordingly, Ms. Le Thi Quynh Anh - Head of Administration Department continues to hold the position of Chairwoman of Nghe An Provincial Market Management Department Trade Union.

After the congress, Nghe An Civil Servants' Union had a meeting to review, exchange and draw experiences for grassroots unions in organizing congresses.

In the evening of the same day, the Bureau's Trade UnionNghe An Provincial Market Management organized the Tet Sum Vay 2023 program with many meaningful activities to honor and share with union members and workers./.
