| On the afternoon of October 7, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Public Security Bloc and the Standing Committee of the Vinh City Party Committee held a ceremony to transfer and receive Party organizations and Party members. Attending were members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee: Nguyen Nam Dinh - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Public Security Bloc, Phan Duc Dong - Secretary of the Vinh City Party Committee; representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, and leaders of the transferred and received Party organizations. |
The representative of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the Decision of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on the transfer of Party organizations and Party members for 4 grassroots Party organizations, including: Party Cell of Veterinary Agency Region III, Party Cell of Irrigation Investment and Construction Project Management Board IV, Party Cell of Plant Protection Center Region IV, Party Cell of Plant Quarantine Sub-Department Region VI with 62 Party members from directly under the Vinh City Party Committee to directly under the Provincial Agencies Bloc Party Committee.
Transferring the Party organization and Party members of Vinh Medical University Party Committee with 224 Party members from directly under the Provincial Agencies Party Committee to directly under Vinh City Party Committee.

At the ceremony, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc and Vinh City Party Committee highly appreciated the results of Party building work of the transferred Party organizations.
