1. Tropical depression near the coast
At 4:00 p.m. on November 1,The center of the tropical depression is located at about 7.8 degrees North latitude; 106.3 degrees East longitude, about 160km East Southeast of the mainland of Bac Lieu-Ca Mau provinces. The strongest wind in the area near the center of the tropical depression is level 6-7 (40-60km/h), gusting to level 9.
Forecast for the next 24 hours,The tropical depression is moving in the West Northwest direction, traveling 10-15km per hour. At 4:00 p.m. on November 2, the center of the tropical depression is at about 8.3 degrees North latitude; 103.3 degrees East longitude, in the sea south of Ca Mau-Kien Giang province. The strongest wind near the center of the tropical depression is level 6 (40-50km/h), gusting to level 8.
