Dien Chau hands over charity houses to Agent Orange victims

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of March 1, the Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin in Dien Chau district handed over a house of gratitude to member Hoang Viet Toan, in hamlet 10, Dien Hung commune (Dien Chau).

The Association of Agent Orange/Dioxin Victims of Dien Chau District supported 30 million VND, and Mr. Toan's relatives and family were able to build a 2-room house with a total cost of 150 million VND. Mr. Toan's family is in extremely difficult circumstances, and Mr. Toan himself has been paralyzed for many years.

This is the third house since the beginning of the year that the Association of Agent Orange/Dioxin Victims of Dien Chau District has inaugurated and handed over to its members. According to the plan in 2017, the Association will support the construction of 10 gratitude houses for its members.
