At the same time, he requested the locality to continue to increase people's income, moving towards building a model New Rural commune.
On the morning of March 25, Dien Xuan commune, Dien Chau district held a ceremony to receive the Certificate of recognition of the commune meeting the new rural standards signed by the Provincial People's Committee. Attending the ceremony were comrade Dinh Viet Hong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, comrades in the Office of the National Target Program on New Rural Construction and related sectors.

The report on the implementation results of the National Target Program on New Rural Construction in Dien Xuan commune, Dien Chau district shows that: In the process of organizing and implementing the National Target Program on New Rural Construction, the locality identified the most important content as raising awareness of the meaning, importance, and tasks of the people and the entire political system in the commune in building a new rural commune.
Since then, Dien Xuan has successfully implemented the criteria for building a new countryside. With the motto "The State and the people work together", Dien Xuan has maintained, repaired and renewed traffic routes, drainage ditches, and intra-field canals. The movement to promote economic development and awareness of crop and livestock conversion has been positively responded by the people; the material and spiritual life of the people has always been improved.

By the end of 2017, Dien Xuan commune had achieved 19/19 criteria for a new rural commune. Notably, production has developed, people's income has increased, with an average income per capita of over 36 million VND/person/year; socio-economic infrastructure has been invested in and upgraded, social order has been ensured, the environment has been clean and beautiful, democracy has been promoted, and the political system has become increasingly strong.
During 7 years of implementing the National Target Program on New Rural Construction, Dien Xuan commune mobilized more than 321 billion VND to build infrastructure, of which the provincial budget was 64.99 billion VND, the district budget was 8.73 billion VND, the commune budget was 26.21 billion VND, and people's capital contributed 203 billion VND.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Dinh Viet Hong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and commended the achievements of the locality in the movement to build new rural areas in recent years. At the same time, he suggested that the local government consider this as an initial achievement, as a basis for improving the criteria in the coming years.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: Dien Xuan is a locality with many advantages in economic development, especially the dynamism of the people. Therefore, in the coming time, the locality will exploit its potential for economic development, in which it is necessary to pay attention to environmental protection, especially the application of high technology in agricultural production, in order to increase people's income, towards building a model new-style rural commune.
