For example, on March 15, the locality successfully auctioned 62 land lots in the Ruong Bong - Trot Ho planning area in Luu Son commune, with the participation of 420 customers. As a result, 100% of the land lots were announced as successful auctions, with a rate exceeding the starting price of 61.4%.

The district also successfully organized many other auctions, such as in Bac Son commune, the district successfully organized the auction of 19 land lots, with 508 participants. The starting price was over 4.6 billion VND, the winning price was over 16 billion VND, an increase of over 11 billion VND compared to the starting price... auctioned 30 land lots in Bau Sen area, Thai Nguyen in Trang Son commune, area 5,872m2, an increase of 19 billion VND compared to the starting price. Auctioned 39 land lots in Vuon, Quan Leu area in Do Luong town, an increase of 42 billion VND compared to the starting price...

The bidding time, placing the bidding envelope in the ballot box is announced right at the auction, the customer's bid is shown directly on the screen.

Since the beginning of 2022, Do Luong district has implemented a land auction plan in 9 communes and towns. Currently, 260 land lots have been auctioned, collecting over 300 billion VND from land auctions. It is known that recently, land prices in Do Luong have increased quite high when the district is being planned to become a town in 2030, many investors are interested in this prime land in the Southwest of the province.

Mr. Hoang Van Hiep - Chairman of Do Luong District People's Committee said: To ensure State management in the field of land auctions, the district has established a working group to select units to organize land use rights auctions; established a monitoring team to strengthen inspection and supervision of land use rights auctions in the district. From there, promptly detect and strictly handle violations of legal regulations in land auctions, prevent acts of taking advantage of auctions to disrupt the market and profiteering.

The district also issued regulations on land use rights auctions for each auction, made public announcements on mass media, and posted documents at the headquarters of communes, wards, and towns where the land is located so that people can know and register to participate. The reception of registration documents for land use rights auctions is conducted strictly, ensuring the information of auction participants.

The process of receiving auction documents received by the relevant departments is equipped with a surveillance camera system to increase transparency in the process of receiving documents, ensure security and order and have data as a basis for handling violations. Auction participants have been provided with information on the land plot planning diagram to learn about the current status of the land plot. The order and procedures for conducting auctions are carried out relatively seriously.

Along with that, the district also directed to focus on accelerating the progress of granting land use right certificates after auction to people. From the beginning of 2022 to now, the Do Luong District Land Use Right Registration Office has issued nearly 100 land use right certificates. Currently, Do Luong District is continuing to urge construction units to complete land auction infrastructure areas to continue implementing land auction work in the remaining communes in accordance with State regulations.
