Do Luong held a ceremony to posthumously award the title "Heroic Vietnamese Mother"
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of January 5, the People's Committee of Do Luong district solemnly held a ceremony to posthumously award the title of Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Ba.
Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ba, born in 1920, in Quang Trung hamlet, Luu Son commune. Her husband, Mr. Nguyen Nhu Dien, and her son, Nguyen Nhu Binh, sacrificed their lives for the cause of national liberation and defense of the Fatherland.
The President posthumously awarded the state title "Heroic Vietnamese Mother" to Ms. Nguyen Thi Ba.
