Provincial National Assembly delegation visits families of sailors missing at sea

The delegation came to burn incense and send their deepest condolences to 5 families whose crew members had an accident on November 30, 2021. Among them, there was a large family in hamlet 3 with 3 crew members, father, son and grandchild, all missing.

Sharing the grief and loss with the families of the sailors, the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An Province and the Provincial People's Council Delegation in Quynh Luu District hope that the families will soon overcome their grief and move forward in life. On this occasion, the delegation supported each family with 4 million VND.

Previously, at 10:00 a.m. on November 30, 2021, while exploiting seafood in the waters of Quang Tri province, fishing boat NA 93553TS of Son Hai commune with 6 crew members, captained by Mr. Thai Ba Huy, unfortunately had an accident, causing the boat to sink. Of the 6 crew members on board, only fisherman Tran Van Huy was rescued by a fishing boat of fishermen from Quang Ngai province; the remaining 5 crew members are still missing at sea.
