The delegation of group 5 - Training class for planning cadres for members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee includes 11 members representing units such as Nghe An Newspaper, Department of Home Affairs, Propaganda Department, Provincial Party Committee of Provincial Agencies, Labor Federation, Provincial Political School, Vinh University, Provincial Youth Union, Anh Son and Yen Thanh districts.

At Ngoc Son commune, the delegation members listened to a summary report on the implementation of socio-economic, national defense-security, and political system building in the locality from 2010 to present.

In recent years, Ngoc Son commune has been promoting labor export. Currently, the whole commune has 155 people working abroad and 700 workers working in domestic industrial zones. In 2015, Ngoc Son commune was recognized by the Provincial People's Committee as a commune meeting the NTM standards. In building the political system, the Party Committee always pays attention to education, political ideology, and propaganda work.
At the meeting, comrade Dang Thanh Tung - Secretary of Anh Son District Party Committee highly appreciated the results that Ngoc Son commune has strived for in the past time. In addition, the members of the delegation had many opinions to exchange and discuss good and creative ways of the locality and proposed many solutions for Ngoc Son commune to solve the existing problems and difficulties in socio-economic development, care for people's lives today, promote strengths, and successfully complete goals and tasks.

On this occasion, the delegation of group 5 - Training class for planning cadres of the Provincial Party Executive Committee presented the People's Committee of Ngoc Son commune with a gift worth 5 million VND, and also presented 5 gifts to 5 households with especially difficult circumstances in the area.

Previously, on August 22, the delegation of group 5 had a working session with the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, the District People's Committee, departments, branches of Quynh Luu district and Son Hai commune. At Son Hai commune, the delegation visited a number of economic models, attended the Youth Union and Women's Union activities. Here, the delegation also presented 5 gifts to 5 households with especially difficult circumstances, each worth 1 million VND and presented the People's Committee of Son Hai commune with a gift of 5 million VND.
