The mass art troupe of Tan Ky and Quynh Luu districts won first prize at the Sen Village Singing Festival.

On the morning of May 19, at the Kim Lien Special National Monument, Nam Dan District (Nghe An), the Closing Ceremony of the 2022 Sen Village Singing Festival took place.

Attending the closing ceremony were comrade Tran Thi My Hanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Culture and Sports, Head of the Organizing Committee of the 2022 Sen Village Singing Festival; comrades in the Organizing Committee of the Festival; leaders of Nam Dan district; representatives of mass art troupes of districts, cities and towns; actors, artisans, musicians and a large number of people and tourists from near and far.

As part of the series of activities of the 2022 Sen Village Festival program to celebrate the 132nd birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2022), the programLotus Village Singing FestivalThe 2022 Festival was held from May 18-19, 2022 at Kim Lien National Special Monument with the participation of more than 500 actors and nearly 100 performances from 19 mass art troupes. After 2 exciting days, the Festival was a great success.

On behalf of the Jury, People's Artist, Musician Pham Tien Dung - Head of the Jury assessed that the quality of the 2022 Sen Village Singing Festival has been significantly improved. Performance program of the troupespublic arthas closely followed the rules, invested in elaborate staging.

All the performances focus on the theme of praising the Party.President Ho Chi Minhand praise the homeland and country with a sincere and grateful heart, along with faith in the future life, determined to move forward on the path that the Party and Uncle Ho have chosen.

The program is reasonably arranged, with a harmonious and lively structure, appropriately exploiting the materials and identities of the region, area and nation. Therefore, it has overcome the sketchy and unartistic staging of previous festivals.

About the contest “Lotus color of Nghe An", the units have selected contestants with natural beauty, meeting the set criteria. The performance costumes are beautiful, suitable for the body shape, and are highly appreciated.

However, the mass art troupes participating in the 2022 Sen Village Singing Festival have not yet demonstrated a high level of spirit of exchange and learning.experience; some units performed inappropriate dance movements, used props, and even props covered the actors' performance; some performances were not properly orchestrated...

As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded the First Prize to the Mass Art Troupe of Tan Ky and Quynh Luu districts; the Second Prize to the Mass Art Troupe of Yen Thanh, Do Luong, Nghia Dan, and Que Phong districts; and 6 Third Prizes and 7 Encouragement Prizes to the remaining units.

At the same time, the Organizing Committee unanimously awarded 15 A prizes, 15 B prizes and 15 C prizes to excellent performances with elaborate investment and staging. In addition,Cultural Center– Thanh Chuong District Sports and Communications was awarded First Prize; Vinh City Culture - Sports and Communications Center and Ky Son District were awarded Second Prize in the "Promo Car" category.
