(Baonghean.vn) - Nearly 2 months after the signing ceremony between Vinh University of Industry and FAJ Company - Will Group Corporation of Japan, 8 students have passed the interview round to go to Japan for internship and work. This is also a good premise, promising prospects for future labor cooperation...
Golden opportunities
The first interview of FAJ Company and the candidates did not have too many attendees. It is not difficult to explain, because to get to this final round, the school has selected quite carefully and prioritized students with good abilities and enthusiasm for the job.
PhDTran Manh Ha - Principal of Vinh University of Industry also said: FAJ Company's first order focuses on the food sector. Therefore, the school mainly selects final year students of the Food Technology department to closely match the work that the partner has proposed.

To help students better understand the jobs in Japan, before the interview took place, representatives of FAJ Company and the Board of Directors of Vinh Industrial University also had a talk and directly answered students' questions. Therefore, when entering the interview round, most students were confident, even though this was the first time FAJ Company recruited workers at the school.
After nearly a day of interviews, the 8 best students were selected to work in Japan as interns. Vu Van Tam, a student of the Food Technology department, was the only male student accepted. Tam was also the oldest student (born in 1994) because he had previously studied Electricity at a college in Ho Chi Minh City.
The male student from Dien My commune - Dien Chau district also shared: When I decided to leave Ho Chi Minh City to return to my hometown, I had many options and many people advised me to go to work. However, I was still determined to enroll in Vinh University of Industry, majoring in food, because this is my favorite major and I believe that there will be many job opportunities for me after graduation.

Returning to Vinh city for the fourth time, Mr. Aikawa Kazoto - Chief of Office of FAJ Company said: I have a special impression with this December trip because it helps me understand more about Nghe An labor market and I am very optimistic about the results of Vinh University of Industry students.
As a supplier, a representative from FAJ Company also said: In this first round of interviews, we will recruit workers to work at Isshikura Seimen Company - a leading food supplier in Japan (Nigata province - Joetsu city). Here, students can directly access raw materials and processing methods. From there, you will also have experience in managing fresh food sources, product quality...
Also according to the signed cooperation program, after passing the interview round, partners from FAJ Company will go directly to Vinh University of Industry to further train in Japanese and basic skills to be able to work abroad.
After about 4 months of studying in Vietnam, students will go to Japan to work for 6 months. Although during this time, students mainly work as interns, they are still paid with a total income of about 30 - 35 million VND/student/month. Selected students will also be exempted from training fees and airfare. They only have to pay for their own food and accommodation during their internship in Japan.

It should also be said that although the internship period is only half a year, it will be a valuable experience for final year students. In particular, with the experience of working in Japan, after returning home and obtaining an engineering degree, the students' opportunities to return to work in Japan are very favorable. JAJ Company is also willing to help create conditions for students to enter the Japanese labor market (and other countries) if they really need it.
These initial successes will also open up new prospects for the cooperation program between Vinh University of Industry and JAJ Company. According to the plan, in the first 2 years, Vinh University of Industry will send 200 students to practice and work in Japan and will expand to many different subjects and faculties.
Mr. Aikawa Kazoto - Chief of Office of FAJ Company said: Working in the Japanese market is not difficult, especially for students who have been trained properly, have skills, and have knowledge of foreign languages. However, to be successful, we give priority to students who are eager to learn, have a strong will to progress, and are passionate about work.
