Close the self-opened railway level crossing in Le Loi ward, Vinh city

The closure of this level crossing is carried out in accordance with Official Dispatch No. 6457 dated August 24, 2018 of the People's Committee of Nghe An province on ensuring traffic safety at intersections between roads and railways.

The railway crossing at Km 320 + 060 was opened by the people themselves a long time ago. On both sides of the road, people poured concrete and spread gravel for vehicles to pass through, causing traffic safety problems and endangering the lives of vehicle drivers.

Nghe Tinh Railway Joint Stock Company, Vinh City People's Committee and related units mobilized forces, vehicles, supplies and materials to organize the construction of closing the self-opened passage.

At the same time, arrange forces to ensure security, order and traffic safety for the task force. After closing, the authorities put up "no-road" signs at both ends of the road and the abolished level crossing.
