A responsible official of Nghia Dan district said,land plotrelated to the "Suoi Xanh project" previously owned by Mr. NNM, a citizen of Dong Hoi hamlet, Nghia Hoi commune. On June 30, 2014, Mr. NNM was granted a Land Use Rights Certificate No. BP 098160 by the People's Committee of Nghia Dan district. Through initial verification, Mr. NNM transferred the land plot to a person with permanent residence in Nghia Dan district to move his family back to his hometown in Dien Chau district.
