Mr. Le Dinh Thanh - Vice Chairman of Thanh Chuong District People's Committee said: The district has repeatedly asked the investor, Nghe An Rural Development Department, for solutions to complete the project and put it into operation, but so far it has not been implemented. The Rural Development Department suggested that the district and commune should bring in people first and then complete the project, but the district's viewpoint is that the project must be completed according to the design and handed over before we can carry out the next steps.
