Before the gasoline price increase this afternoon (May 28), in some localities such as Hanoi, Bac Giang, Hai Phong, Dak Lak... many gas stations reported running out of gasoline to sell. Agents "accused" the gasoline distributors of supplying goods in small amounts, causing them to not have enough goods to sell. Meanwhile, the gasoline distributors affirmed that they did not hoard goods, waiting for a price increase.
Last night (May 27), Hanoi market management discovered a gas station at 95 Vu Ngoc Phan (Dong Da district) announced that it was not selling RON 95 gasoline because it was out of stock, but in fact, the tank still had about 20,000 liters left. Market management determined that this was an act of hoarding goods, waiting to increase the selling price of this gas station./.
