Gasoline price exceeds 22,000 VND per liter
From 3:00 p.m. this afternoon, each liter of gasoline will cost 350 VND more, oil products (except diesel) will increase by 110-600 VND per liter, kg depending on the type.
After increasing the price by more than VND1,000 according to the 2023 environmental protection tax on January 1, the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance continued to adjust domestic gasoline retail prices this afternoon.
After the adjustment, RON 95-III gasoline (the popular type on the market) has a new price of 22,150 VND, an increase of 350 VND. E5 RON92 gasoline is also 350 VND more expensive per liter, up to 21,350 VND.

Two days ago, domestic gasoline prices increased by 330-1,100 VND per liter or kilogram depending on the type, along with the adjustment of environmental protection tax on gasoline according to the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee from 0:00 on January 1. Currently, the environmental protection tax on gasoline (except ethanol) is 2,000 VND per liter, diesel 1,000 VND, kerosene 600 VND, fuel oil 1,000 VND and lubricants and greases are 1,000 VND per kilogram.
