(Baonghean.vn) – This is one of the issues that voters of Nghia Thuan commune, Thai Hoa town, were concerned about and reflected to National Assembly deputies of constituency No. 2 of Nghe An province at the voter contact conference on the afternoon of October 4.

After listening to the National Assembly delegates report on the expected content of the 2nd session of the 14th National Assembly, voters of Nghia Thuan commune reflected and contributed many comments on the local and domestic situation.
Regarding the marine environmental pollution incident along 4 central provinces, Mr. Nguyen Quang Tien, Hamlet 3, Nghia Thuan Commune, was concerned that although the Ministry of Health has announced that fish on the upper layer can be used, those on the lower layer are still dangerous. However, according to this voter, the announcement is made for people to understand, but if using fish on the upper layer is still dangerous, who will be responsible? In addition, this voter also suggested that it is necessary to discuss and find solutions so that the lives and jobs of affected fishermen can soon stabilize.
Voter Nguyen Quang Tien also expressed his concern about the country's education system, which focuses heavily on theory but lacks practicality; the number of vocational schools is small while the university system is large. From there, this voter suggested that it is necessary to study effective solutions to put education in its rightful position as a top national policy.

On behalf of the National Assembly delegates, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac responded to the petitions and received them to forward to the National Assembly and relevant departments and branches.
Regarding the marine environmental pollution incident in 4 central provinces, Mr. Phan Dinh Trac said that the Government's persistent struggle forced Formosa to accept responsibility, publicly apologize to the Party, the State and our people as well as compensate for damages. The compensation includes funds for environmental restoration, compensation for people and support for career transition.
The Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee also affirmed: Our country does not trade the environment for development, so if Formosa continues to violate, it will be strictly handled. Currently, the authorities are closely monitoring the activities of this enterprise.
Regarding education, Mr. Phan Dinh Trac said that the Central Committee has issued Resolution 29 on fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training, meeting the requirements of industrialization and modernization in the conditions of a socialist-oriented market economy and international integration as well as textbook innovation.

Regarding the work of preventing and combating corruption, Mr. Phan Dinh Trac said: "Current regulations on the work of preventing and combating corruption are relatively complete, the problem is that we make them strong and strict."
In addition, the Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission emphasized the determination of the Party and State to fight corruption when he said: In the near future, the Central Committee will organize a review of 10 years of implementing Resolution 3 of the Central Committee (10th tenure) on "Strengthening the Party's leadership in the work of preventing and combating corruption and waste". After that, the National Assembly will amend the Law on Anti-Corruption to continue to improve the effectiveness of this issue.
