From early morning, on the roads from the highland residential areas leading to the Cam village community cultural house, groups of people in traditional costumes were excitedly and enthusiastically walking.elector.
At polling station No. 4, the election organizing force fully arranged hand sanitizer and masks, implemented social distancing, and required voters to disinfect and wear masks when entering the polling station.

Comrade Nguyen Van Hung - Party Secretary, Head of the Election Steering Committee of Cam Lam commune shared: Through propaganda from loudspeakers and each member of the election team going to each family to mobilize, people are well aware of their rights and responsibilities to participate in voting.
The election took place during the rice harvest season and the weather this season was extremely hot. The Steering Committee and the Commune Election Committee decided to open the election early so that people could vote early, both to avoid the heat and to create conditions for people to return to harvest the season.

At constituency number 4 in Cam village, at exactly 7 o'clock, the election opening ceremony was solemnly held. Two voters from typical families in Cam village, Mr. Can Van Thiet and Ms. Vi Thi Van, were honored to cast their first ballots with the belief and expectation that the candidates elected this time would contribute a lot to the development of the country and their homeland; must play a good role as a bridge between voters and people with the Party and State at all levels, representing the will and aspirations of voters and people; and be worthy of being representatives of the people.
According to the list of voters, polling area No. 4 of Cam village has a total of 272 voters and all are elected representatives at 4 levels: National Assembly, Provincial People's Council, District and Commune.

Due to the requirements of Covid-19 prevention and control, the election must be conducted urgently and quickly, but still ensure scientificity, and fully implement all election processes and procedures according to legal regulations.
Along with Cam Lam commune, this morning, at polling area No. 5, Bach Son village also held early elections. According to the voter list, polling area No. 5 has a total of 158 voters and all are elected to 4 levels: National Assembly, Provincial People's Council, District and Commune. As of 8:40 a.m., 125/158 voters have voted.

Cam Lam commune has 5 polling stations with a total of 1,529 voters established and posted. Of which, polling station No. 3 has the largest number of voters, 405; polling station No. 2 has 370 voters and polling station No. 1 has 323 voters.
Cam Lam commune is more than 20 km from the district center and the distance from the commune center to the two early voting areas in Cam village and Bach Son village is more than 8 km, making travel difficult.

In the election of deputies to the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term, Con Cuong district has a total of 118 polling stations, with a total of 47,480 voters. Notably, there are 11 early voting stations 2 days before the scheduled date, located in 4 communes: Mon Son, Chau Khe, Cam Lam, Thach Ngan. The total number of voters established and posted in 11 early voting stations is 2,425 people.
Specifically: Mon Son commune has 2 voting areas in Co Phat village and Khe Bung village; Chau Khe commune has 3 voting areas in Khe Bu village, Khe Na village and Chau Khe Border Post; Cam Lam commune has 2 voting areas in Cam village and Bach Son village; Thach Ngan commune has 4 voting areas in Ke Gia village, Thach Son village, Ke Tat village and Ba Ha village.
