Provincial People's Council decided to adjust and cancel investment policies for 3 projects.
(Baonghean.vn) - Based on the proposal of the Provincial People's Committee, at the discussion session, approving the resolution of the second session, term 2021 - 2026, the Provincial People's Council decided to approve the Resolution on adjusting and abolishing the investment policy for 3 projects.

Specifically,People's CouncilThe province decided to adjust the investment policy of 2 projects, including the projectNguyen Sy Sach street extensionLam River Coastal Road (Vinh City); Nhan Son - Dai Son traffic road project (Do Luong).
Regarding the project of Nguyen Sy Sach Street extension connecting Lam River Road invested by Vinh City People's Committee; the Provincial People's Council approved the investment policy in Decision No. 107/QD-HDND, dated October 25, 2016 and supplemented and adjusted the investment policy in Document No. 234/HDND-TT, dated September 27, 2017 of the Provincial People's Council.

The project belongs to group B, with a total investment capital of 420 billion VND, divided into 2 phases; phase 1 from 2017 - 2020 and phase 2 after completing phase 1 of the project, while ensuring the ability to balance investment sources.
Now the project has been adjusted to cut down a part of phase 1 and not invest in phase 2 of the project. Accordingly, the total investment of the project has also been adjusted down to nearly 240 billion VND. The project implementation period has been adjusted to 2022.

The Provincial People's Council also decided to abolish the investment policy for the Quynh Luu district dike project according to Resolution No. 10/NQ-HDND, dated May 14, 2020, due to the mobilization of central capital to continue construction of the remaining items of the project.
