Investment in 69 km coastal road project

Accordingly, the coastal road from Nghi Son (Thanh Hoa) to Cua Lo is 69 km long, starting at Quynh Loc commune, Hoang Mai town connecting with National Highway 48D and ending at Khanh Hop commune, Nghi Loc district, intersecting with National Highway 46.
Total investment is 4,651 billion VND, including central and provincial budgets. The project implementation period is a maximum of 6 years, expected to start in 2021.

In addition, some members also proposed that the Provincial People's Committee and the investor clarify the project's objectives, investment phases and the arrangement of investment sources from the local budget...
On the other hand, the Provincial People's Committee and the investor proactively complete the traffic system connecting with the coastal road, ensuring that after the project is completed and put into use, there will be synchronous connections, creating conditions to promote socio-economic development and strengthen national defense and security of the province.

Special support policy for Nam Dan district
Regarding the draft resolution stipulating a number of mechanisms,Special support policy for Nam Dan districtSocio-economic development, period 2021 - 2025; meeting members highly agreed on the mechanisms and policies built for the district.
Specifically, Nam Dan enjoys 100% of land use fees, of which 70% is regulated by the district and 30% by the commune; supporting the district with 3,000 tons of cement to serve the construction and upgrading of the rural traffic system.

Some members also suggested that the Provincial People's Committee and Nam Dan District need to clearly identify the list of works and investment projects from support policies that are central and key, creating development momentum for Nam Dan.
In particular, focusing on investing in infrastructure to serve the high-tech agricultural production planning areas that Nam Dan district has identified.

Regarding the draft resolution on investment policy for a number of construction works and projects, such as: Project to build technical infrastructure for Thuong Son industrial cluster, Do Luong district; Project to build Khe Da bridge, Dong Van commune, Tan Ky district; Project to build Dong Ruong bridge, across Bien Hoa river and rural traffic route between Long Thanh commune and Vinh Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district; members of the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council noted that the People's Committee of the district with works and projects needs to properly implement the commitment to arrange local budget to ensure the project is implemented effectively.

Also at the meeting, the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council also examined the draft resolution on adjusting the 2019 public investment plan to 2020 and the 2020 plan in conjunction with the medium-term public investment plan for the 2016 - 2020 period.
