Ms. Le Thi Ly - Deputy Head of Do Luong Economic Infrastructure Department said: "In response to the requirements of innovation and development of enterprises, Do Luong is currently submitting to the relevant authorities and branches to adjust and plan the expansion of the area at Lac Son Industrial Park from 16.42 hectares to an additional 57.44 hectares, bringing the total area to 73.88 hectares and at Thuong Son Industrial Park from 8.4 hectares to an additional 32 hectares. The planning and expansion of Lac Son and Thuong Son Industrial Parks is very necessary for Do Luong to attract large-scale enterprises and meet the land use needs of enterprises investing in chain production. The planning and expansion of the two industrial parks has been approved by relevant departments and branches".
After expanding the industrial park area, the district continues to call for investment in projects in the fields of agricultural and food processing such as: Furniture factory, office furniture from imported materials and planted forests in Lac Son industrial park; Canned livestock product processing factory (buffalo, cow, pig, poultry) in Thuong Son industrial park.
