After nearly 4 months of construction, the level 4 house was completed with a total cost of 370 million VND, of which the Fund for the Poor of Military Region 4 supported 80 million VND, Artillery Brigade 16 supported 200 working days worth 40 million VND, the remaining amount was from the family and borrowed from brothers and relatives.

Faced with that situation, the Ministry of National Defense's "Comradely Love" Fund supported 80 million VND, the 414th Engineering Brigade supported construction days worth 195 million VND and with the family's money, the family completed the house.

The family of Ms. Nguyen Thi Ninh, Block 8, Long Son Ward, Thai Hoa Town, is in a particularly difficult situation. She herself suffered a stroke, and her eldest son suffered an accident that left him disabled. Her family lives in a house that has seriously deteriorated. Faced with that situation, in August 2019, the Women's Union of Thai Hoa Town allocated 20 million VND from the "Warm House of Love" fund to support the family to repair the house.

On this occasion, the Long Son Ward Fatherland Front Committee gave 5 million VND and some benefactors gave 13 million VND to the family.
