Nghe An students dance 'Ghen Co Vy' to promote Covid-19 prevention
(Baonghean.vn) - Students of Do Luong I High School have made efforts to promote Covid-19 prevention by drawing propaganda paintings and dancing flashmob to the song "Ghen Co Vy".
Accordingly, the classes will create dances to promote disease prevention such as washing hands with soap, wearing masks... especially dances to the vibrant song "Ghen Co Vy" which has been making waves in the online community recently.

Students also film clips and upload them to YouTube and social networking sites. From these video clips, students have the opportunity to create propaganda and spread disease prevention awareness to the whole society. To date, 27 video clips have been completed and uploaded to social networking sites, receiving support and shares from many people.

Nguyen Mai Hien - a student of class 12A3, Do Luong I High School shared: "These dances are very vibrant, fun and have high propaganda effectiveness. I want to contribute a small part to society in fighting the epidemic."
In addition to "Dancing with nCoV", the Youth Union of Do Luong I School also launched a propaganda painting contest with the meaning of joining hands with society to repel the epidemic. This is a practical and necessary work to raise awareness of propaganda for teachers, students and the whole society.

After more than 2 weeks of launching the painting contest at the Youth Union branches, hundreds of paintings were completed by students, then, the classes continued to select works with high propaganda content. From there, 39 works were selected about the School Youth Union Executive Committee. After reviewing the content, the Organizing Committee continued to select 10 paintings to award prizes, and at the same time framed them to hang in public places or classrooms.

Ms. Tran Thi Lam Giang - Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of Do Luong I High School said: "We launched a competition between the branches from March 2nd until now. Through that, the branches draw pictures, once a week, we will chooseThe pictures have good content and quality. As for the video clips, the students create their own dances and we will choose the funny clips that have high impact, upload them to the school's Facebook and YouTube, from there spreading to students, parents as well as the whole society."
Through their actions, the Do Luong Youth Union in general and the Do Luong I High School Youth Union in particular have promoted the spirit of youth volunteerism, proactively following the direction of all levels, sectors, and local authorities. From there, spreading awareness of effective disease prevention to prevent and resolve not to let the disease penetrate and spread widely in the area.
