This is the latest solution ofVinh cityafter many F0 cases continuously appeared in schools in the city.
Responding to Nghe An Newspaper on the morning of February 9, Ms. Hoang Phuong Thao - Head of the Department of Education and Training of Vinh City said: The city has just decided to let all students from grades 1 to 6 switch to online teaching starting from the afternoon of February 9 until further notice. At the same time, schools are required to adjust their teaching plans appropriately to adapt to the new situation.

Previously, according to the synthesis of the City Department of Education and Training, after only 3 days of students returning to school, the number of F0 students in the whole city increased rapidly. Specifically, if on the first day of screening, the city discovered 56 F0 students, by February 8, the numberpupilincreased to 158 students and by 9:00 a.m. on February 9, the number of F0 students had increased to 255, including 66 secondary school students, 183 primary school students and 6 preschool students. In addition, the whole city has 20 F0 teachers. The number of F1 teachers and students due to close contact with F0 is 497 people.
Switching to online learning is an urgent solution to ensure student safety, as students under 11 years old have not been vaccinated. Meanwhile, this group is vulnerable to infection and their skills to prevent and fight the epidemic are still limited.
