More than 400 athletes attend the 2020 Culture and Sports Industry Sports Festival

Attending the event were Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong - Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Culture and Sports; leaders of districts, cities and towns along with a large number of officials, coaches, athletes and delegations participating in the tournament.

Participating in this year's sports festival are more than 400 athletes who are officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers currently working at 21 Cultural, Sports, and Communication Centers of districts, cities, and towns throughout the province.

Theathleteparticipated in 4 events: rowing, sack race, men's and women's relay race and tug of war. Before the opening ceremony, the athletes competed in sack race and tug of war.

This is a sports activity to contribute to motivating, encouraging and promoting physical exercise and sports movements, improving health and spiritual and cultural life for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the whole industry.

The sports festival is also an opportunity for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers.Culture and sports industryto meet, exchange, learn, and strengthen solidarity and friendship among units; at the same time, recognize the contributions of units to the overall development of the whole industry.

As an annual activity held once a year, the 2020 sports festival takes place from September 25 - 27, 2020./.
