However, due to the difficult terrain and infrastructure conditions of the communes, it was not until January 2021 that the system was officially completed in 21 communes and towns, creating conditions for commune officials to receive work and hold meetings more conveniently, expanding the number of participants, reducing meetings, and promoting administrative reform.
